Zenious is based in Pakistan and we offer both domestic and international shipping.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all cities within Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and more.
  • International Shipping: We also ship to select countries internationally. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination.

3. How do I place an order on Zenious?

To place an order with us:

  1. Browse our website and choose the watch you’d like to purchase.
  2. Select the desired quantity, and click "Add to Cart."
  3. Once you’re ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.
  4. Review your items, enter your shipping information, and select your payment method.
  5. Confirm your order and complete the payment.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and a receipt.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

  • Cash on Delivery (for domestic orders within Pakistan)

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Domestic Orders (within Pakistan): Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
  • International Orders: International shipping generally takes 7-14 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can track its progress.


6. Do you offer free shipping?

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping within Pakistan for orders over a specific amount (e.g., PKR 3,000). For orders below that amount, a shipping fee will be applied.
  • International Shipping: International shipping costs vary by destination and the size/weight of your order. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. What if my watch arrives damaged or defective?

We take great care in ensuring that your watch arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer either:

  • A full refund including return shipping costs.

To process a return, we may ask for photos of the damage or defect for our records.


9. How do I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us following the instructions provided.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, we do offer gift cards that you can purchase and send to loved ones. Gift cards are delivered digitally, and the recipient can use them to shop for watches on our website.


11. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier service’s tracking page.
